4. Cookies and Approximate Location
GoodBash uses only cookies that are necessary to run the site — your session (which also keeps a guest shopping cart) and payment-security cookies set by our payment processor during checkout. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
To show you nearby vendors first, we estimate your approximate city from your IP address using a local GeoLite2 database. This estimate:
- Is used solely to order marketplace listings (never to hide them, and never for advertising)
- Is kept only in your session and discarded when the session ends
- Does not involve storing your IP address
- Can be turned off at any time by choosing
Anywhere
in the marketplace location picker, which also lets you pick a city manually
5. Sharing Information
We may share information with:
Vendors (as necessary to deliver services)
Payment processors
Service providers
Legal or regulatory authorities when required
6. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for business or legal purposes.
7. Data Sharing

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
- Access your personal data
- Correct inaccurate data
- Delete your data
- Object to processing
